Tracking your order

How do I know my order went through?
After you place an order with Tiecrafters.com, you will receive two email messages -- an order confirmation email message and a shipping notification email message.

The first message will confirm that we received your order. The second will let you know that your order has been shipped.

How can I track my order?
The shipping notification email message will contain your tracking number. Simply call UPS directly or go online to ups.com and give them your tracking number.

Please note that your tracking information may not be available until at least one (1) business day after you receive your shipping notification message.

What if I did not receive (or lost/deleted) a shipping notification email message?
If you failed to receive a shipping confirmation email or you have misplaced the order tracking number, please feel free to give us a call at 212-629-5800, Option 1. We'll make every effort to get you the information you need.

Our secure server accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders and Checks. For fastest delivery, purchase your order with a credit card over the Internet. Orders purchased by check will be held 14 business days after deposit, for the funds to clear.
